Interesting Stuff!

During the ride home yesterday, I heard this NPR article about the Afghan Tae Kwon Do team that was inpsiring and very interesting.  On Monday, Master Mike told me about a great program on the National Geographic Channel called “Fight Science.” Please check them both out!
